The MaxiFloat® DXP offers a therapy level that outperforms the competitions' best. By increasing the thickness of the top and middle layers of co-polymer, the DXP offers improved comfort and provides very low interface pressure readings. It also includes the MaxiFloat® exclusive and patented multi-layer and multi-IFD heel pillow for improved performance on the lower legs and heels.
